How can I travel from the airport to ARU London?

When can I move into university accommodation?

This will be within your landlord contract and you will need to discuss with them. 


How can I find my own accommodation?

If you would like to find accommodation please click here. If you are an international student you must book accommodation before you travel to the UK.


How can I pay my tuition fees?

For information on how to pay your tuition fees visit our international payment options page. Remember that you must pay at least 60% of your tuition fees to complete your registration. The remaining 40% is due no later than 15 January for September starters. If you are starting in January, the remainder of your fees needs to be received by 15 May. If you start in May the remaining 40% is due no later than 15 September.


How do I complete my registration with ARU London?

Around four weeks before the start of the academic year, we send students their unique user name and password. These let you register online before arriving. Within five days of completing your registration you can see your timetable.


How do I collect my Biometric Residence Permit Card (BRP) – non EU student visa holders only?

You can collect your BRP from the Post Office you selected as part of your visa application. Please remember to bring your BRP to ARU London to be scanned at our i-Centre.


How can I get my student email address?

Once you have registered/enrolled you will be able to access your ARU London email account.


Should I tell ARU London when I will be arriving in the UK?

Yes, go onto CAS Shield and update your arrival details as soon as you have booked flights.


My arrival in the UK may be delayed – what should I do?

It is important that you contact the International Office if you know that you will be delayed. Email international@aru.ac.uk
