Employer Engagement Recruitment Day Event: ARU London Students Gain Insights at Mace Organisation's Stonecutter Construction Site

Purpose: To provide students with first-hand insights into the construction industry and Mace Group's operations.
The Employer Engagement team organised a visit to the Mace Organisation Stonecutter Construction site on 19th March 2024. The event aimed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of the construction process and the opportunities available within the sector, while also highlighting the contributions of the Mace Group.
The visit began with a presentation by John Llamas, the Social Value Manager for the Mace Group, followed by a detailed tour of the Stonecutter construction site. A total of 12 students, accompanied by Lecturer Claire English and Employer Engagement and Recruitment Officer Tameka Green, participated in the event.
