Her session focused on the critical elements of LQA service standards, benchmarking, and training, offering valuable insights into the work that LQA does to shape the luxury hospitality industry.
LQA works with a diverse range of luxury hotels to enhance and elevate service standards and in this session, we examined some of the core expectations, standards and LQAs approach to inspecting across the world.
Mary Anne guided our students through LQA’s methodology, showing how standards are not just set but need to be consistently exceeded through rigorous training programs, detailed evaluations, and continuous improvement at a property and group level. This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to learn from one of the industry’s leading experts in luxury service excellence
