Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of mental health and wellbeing. This year, it will take place from Monday 11 May to Sunday 17 May 2026.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Student Wellbeing Team will be running a lunchtime workshop on Friday 15 May 2026 at 1:00 pm via Zoom.
Join us for a friendly and supportive session where we will discuss common signs of mental health difficulties, self-care tips for students, and how to access support if you or someone you know may be struggling.
Whether you are looking for support yourself, would like to support a friend, or simply want to take part in open conversations about student mental health, everyone is welcome to attend.
