Our MSc International Hospitality and Tourism Management students recently had the opportunity to visit 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse, one of London’s most unique boutique hotels. Renowned for its innovation, individuality, and exceptional guest experience, the property offers a distinctive blend of heritage and modern luxury.
During the visit, students were welcomed into the surroundings of this celebrated hotel, where they gained invaluable insights into the property’s approach to boutique hospitality management, design innovation, and sustainable practices. The students were also treated to an engaging talk from the hotel’s management team, providing real-world perspectives on how creativity and operational excellence combine to deliver a truly exceptional guest journey.
A big thank you to the Hotel’s General Manager, Samantha Rieu, and HR Partner, Mike Searle, for making this visit possible and for their warm hospitality throughout the day. Their expertise and generosity in sharing insights made this experience even more memorable and educational for our students.
