Margaret Zibuyile Partridge
Master of Public Health
As part of our commitment to student development and experience, we offer a range of Scholarships to our postgraduate students. This includes our Master's Scholarship Programme, where students have the chance to receive up to 50% off their Master’s Degree.
We have asked some of the winners of our scholarship to reflect on their journey to help others considering the same path
What motivated you to pursue a Master’s degree?
I wanted to develop skills in research policy, and health planning to solve bigger health challenges. This degree will give me the knowledge and confidence to help design better programs and become a real professional in improving people's health.
In what ways has ARUL’s 50% / 20% scholarship supported your educational goals?
It has significantly reduced my tuition costs, so I do not have to worry about debt. I can focus fully on my studies, gain more experience and feel proud that ARUL believes in me, making my dream career possible.
What impact do you hope to make after completing your degree in your chosen field?
I want to help create fairer, healthier communities by running local health projects, sharing clear health information, and helping everyone get the care and support they need. Mostly, I would like to be involved in policy implementation because it would improve all stages of the determinants of health and reduce health inequalities.
