Once graduated, you will be automatically registered as ARU London alumni and welcomed into our community with thousands of other students. As ARU alumni, we will still be here to support you, see below for some of the services we offer:
Careers Support
Our Careers Team is here to support you after your graduation with support and advice to empower you to successfully launch your graduate career. This can include CV advice, career coaching, guidance with application writing and interview preparation, amongst other services. We have graduate roles and schemes available with our partner employers and can support your application for postgraduate study too. If you studied at one of our core campuses, you can access free career support for those crucial first three years after graduating from them.
Whether you are working in your dream job, looking for the right role for you, thinking about pursuing further study or starting a business, you can access a huge range of resources to help you along the way. We have over 100,000 alumni in 165 countries, and many continue to access our Employability Team to progress in their fields, business, and life.
Our team of specialist Employability and Careers Officers are available to help for up to 3 years after you graduate. You can also take advantage of a wide range of support as follows:
- 1-2-1 Graduate Support sessions, bookable in advance. You can book your appointment by contacting us using our information at the end of this page.
- Access our graduate career development sessions on Fridays at 12 pm – please email us for the link to access the Zoom session, for support with your job search and career management skills
- Interactive Job Search support – get help finding your graduate/next job. Our team is on hand with hints and tips on the best places to look and can circulate relevant roles with our partner employers to your inbox. Please contact us to receive updates on current graduate opportunities.
- The Career Zone is your dedicated online service available 24/7 and packed full of useful resources such as CV Builder, tests and assessments, career planning guides, and our new interview 360 tool. If you need support to register for alumni access, please contact us using the information below.
Many of our graduates are eligible for an alumni scholarship when starting a postgraduate taught course or a research programme at ARU London. The best bit is that there's no need to apply for the scholarship programme – if you meet the eligibility criteria, you'll automatically receive this scholarship. Our team can help you to apply to our postgraduate courses, with guidance on applications and which course suits your goals.
If you have secured a role, are pursuing further study, or run your own business, it would be great to hear where you are working/studying and how you are getting on too. We would love to stay in contact and spread your story to encourage and inspire our current and future students.
